• Each individual may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.

• Any changes to your account information must be updated immediately.

For accumulator or combo bets, if one event is cancelled, that leg will be removed and the remaining bets will stand. The decision of 399 com's referee and adjudication team is final.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once to the first deposit.
• A Wagering Requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses have a limited validity period — any bonus not used within the specified timeframe will be automatically forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 399 com. Violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of fraudulent manipulation.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using another person's account or selling your account to a third party.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or carry out any form of cyber attack on the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers.

Under any of the circumstances below, 399 com reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.

• Violation of any clause in the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• As required by legal directive or regulatory authority order.
• If the user submits a request to close their own account.

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains with no rule violations, that balance will be refunded. However, 399 com reserves the right to forfeit all funds in cases of fraudulent activity.

For inactive accounts, if no transactions are made for 12 months, an inactivity fee of up to ৳100 or 2% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted each month. Keep your account active to avoid this charge.

399 com makes every effort to keep its services running smoothly and without errors. However, 399 com is not liable in the following circumstances.

• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues or disruptions to third-party services.
• Service suspension due to natural disasters, war, government directives, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Account losses resulting from the user's own negligence or carelessness.
• Third-party hacking that falls outside the scope of 399 com's reasonable security measures.
• Financial losses from betting — betting is inherently risky and winnings are never guaranteed.

399 com reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process will be followed when changes are made.

• Notice will be sent to your registered email at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.
• Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
• If a user does not agree to the updated terms, they may withdraw their balance and close their account.
• The date of each update will be clearly displayed at the top of this page.
